Nebuchadnezzar - King of Babylon
The First Beast of Revelation
Norma Holt
HE RULES THE WORLD
"And I saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns and upon his horn ten crowns and upon his head the name of blasphemy. Revelation 13:1
Gold reflects the sun sending out horns and forming the cross in
the center of the image (Heads). The seven heads
refer to the sun and this showed him
as a sun. The trick was used by
kings elsewhere who wore gold breastplates,
as in the Maya and Aztecs. IT gave the illusion that he was
equal in power to the sun. meaning he had the voice of their god.
The image was of him and set up on the plain of Dura (endurance) and he
forced everyone to worship it, according to this prophecy, explained in Daniel
"Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose
brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof
was terrible. This image's head was of fine gold, his breast
and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,
His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and
part of clay. Thou sawest till that
a stone was cut out without
hands, which smote
the image
upon his feet that were of
iron and clay, and break them to pieces.
Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and
the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff
of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no
place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great
mountain, and filled the whole earth. This is the dream, and we will tell t
he interpretation thereof before the king. Thou, O king, art a
king of kings: for the God of heaven hath
given thee a kingdom, power, and
strength, and glory.
Daniel 2:31-37
The sun was then the
God of heaven and it gave him the seat
“For thus saith, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of
iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I
have given him the beasts of the field also.” Jeremiah 28:14
Nebuchadnezzar became the father god of
his nation, but the Spirit controlled
his rise to power His
ambition was to be king of heaven and ruler of the earth
“For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will
exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount
of the congregation, in the sides of the north:” Isaiah 14:13
He used violence and illusion to marry Mary. To
accomplish it he sent a man via the cross,
the crucifixion was first noted in
Babylon.
The latter was proclaimed
the 'son of the sun' who held his place until his death.
Nebuchadnezzar's Dream
The Spirit gives dreams as prophecies and visions of things
to come. The statue became a great mountain,
as a place of learning. Religion is that
place and it dominates every nation
and all people. The statue's feet
were part iron and part clay,
and that means part
religion and part
spiritual as.
The world today is.
The spiritual people of Israel
are gathering together. The final part
says the image is smashed by a stone cut
without hands. That is the stone that produced
the image of the morning rays. In this image, it is the six-armed cross but at dawn, it forms the four-armed cross, which became the sacred symbol of Christianity.
