Dagon, The Dragon, and the Devil

The Sun of the Sun

Mythology ruled the ancient world as leaders tried to explain nature.  Pyramids were

designed to present a living picture of how it works. In the case of the American

Indians, they did the best job. The pyramids of the Aztecs depict the dragon

(Dagon) coming to earth down the steps of their pyramids. The sides

of the steps are raised and carved to express the body of the

dragon or snake with the carved head at the bottom. This

pyramid at Chichen Itza has the dragon on display.

The pyramids were designed to capture the

sun's rays at various times of the year,

such as equinox and solstice. On

those days the sun's rays are

seen snaking down the

steps at dawn.

The dragon of Mexican Mythology

The head of the dragon at the foot of the stairs at Chichen

Itza. He was called Quetzalcóatl, meaning feathered

dragon. he was revered as the inventor of the

calendar, as the seasons were decided by

his appearance. He is also associated

with the invention of writing and

other things related to

keeping records.

Th European Dragon

There is a strong resemblance in the mythologies of various

cultures to the transformation of the sun into the role of

beast. In Roman mythologies it symbolises power

power. On the Tragan's column in Rome it is in

the hands of soldiers of Decebalus as

a wind instrument. One can imagine

how ind instruments, such

as the bagpipes and

trumpet, may

have

developed.

Power, Luck and Strength

Chinese mythology affords these 3 attributes to the dragon.

It controls rain, floods, typhoons, and water and is revered

for its fecundity and benevolence. These are associated

with prosperity and luck. That matches why Roman

soldiers were assigned one as an emblem.

Similarities Are No Accident

With no contact between them, the fact that nations on

3 continents have similar dragon mythologies is no

accident. It shows the antiquity of the myths

was generated before migration, language

change, and distance separated them.

In other words, the myths were born

of the same parent prioe to

separation.

Australian Aboritignes Rainbow Serpent

Arrival of the indigenous people in Australia exceeds 60,000 years.

One must consider their mythology relates to the serpents and

dragons of other places. The rainbow serpent is considered

responsible for floods, cyclones, ran, fertility, and

virtually the creation of the earth. He is

extremely powerful and becomes a

rainbow to jump from water

hole to water hole

ensuring good

food

The Common Thread

There is a common thread running throughout the cultures of the dragon's association with

these several  attributes:- power; luck; water; fertility; and, prosperity. 'Lox' is the origin

of 'luck and it means 'god-circle-cross', as shown to me in the vision of the sun's rays

through the hole. It took place on the peak, which is 't-or' or 'cross of the sun', as

'or' is an old term for 'sun'. [S] is the old symbol for 'light and 'spirit' and the

'light of the peak' is 'speak', and here people took messages and laws

from the sun. The latter iss 'A-n' or 'power victory' and 's-an'means

'light of An.  A tribal group called 'San' lived in the South of

Africa for some 2 millennia. Their language, rituals,

and beliefs were noted by Dr. Bleek, with took

records of them. A panel of their rock art

shows they took power from !Gi.

[!] notes a 'click' which is also

cross or hit.  It means

'cross-god's eye'.

If correct it

the

use of the

mirror to see the vision

in the stone is at least that old.

'S-an-d' means 'light-An's food' and it

means knowledge as they interpreted the symbols

in shadows on the ground and copied into the earth, which

gave it the name 'sand'. 'San-x-t-or-i' or 'San's cross-sun's ey'  is 'sanctuary'

meaning a 'safe-haven'. 'Haven' is  'heaven' showing the hill of Jerusalem was such.

The Devil or Satan

Wihout mention of the devil or Satan in tribal customs older scripts

before patriarchal religions, one may assume that the latter was

responsible for its invention. Nebuchadnezzar promised

to throw dissenters who refused his image into a

caldron of fire and this may have been

the start of it. He put the yoke of evil on the

necks of people, the children of Israel, who fear

to stop worshipping the the fake images of religion. Images

of the devil are created as flames of a fire with horns and poses.

The Power of the Devil

'D-evil' is 'food of evil', or 'feeding evil'. 'Lucifer is as 'l-o-x-i-f-or' which is' god-circle-crosss-

living-eye-sun'. This is the title of the worhip of the sun's eye and cross. It wad the will

of the Vatican to overturn it and make it into something peoplr feared.'Satan' is

from 'S-t-an' which is 'light-cross of An'. This also had to be outlawed and

some cultures retained it as sacred before the reach of the Church

overtook them. Dictinaries define stan' as an excessive or

overzealous fan, which describes worshippers of

the sun's image . It led to this claim:

And the great dragon was

cast out, that old

serpent,

called the Devil,

and Satan, which deceiveth

the whole world: he was cast out into the

earth, and his angels were cast out with him. revelation 12:9 KJV

Easily Deceived

The Vatican had a free hand to change many things as it gained power. The burning of Rome

took out all records and there was no reason for the foounding fathers to know of the

secrets in the earth. They had no idea that a trap was set to atch out the lies and

remove the liars from their counsel. The evidence has emerged as foretold.

The steps of his strength shall be straitened, and his own counsel

shall cast him down. For he is cast into a net by his own feet,

and he walketh upon a snare. The gin shall take him

by the heel, and the robber shall prevail against

him. The snare is laid for him in the ground,

and a trap for him in the way. Terrors

shall make him afraid on every

side, and shall drive him to

his feet. His strength

shall be hunger-

bitten,

and destruction

shall be ready at his side. Job `18:7-12 KJB

Hungerbitten means to be in pain for want to food.

In the case of the religion it applies to loss of congregation and money.
